Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the bq99 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. bq99 may at any time request identity documents or supporting paperwork to verify age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.
Registration Conditions
- Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You must register under your own identity — registration under another person's name or a false identity is prohibited.
- Keeping account login details (username and password) confidential is the member's own responsibility.
- You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
Account Verification
bq99 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents from a member to verify identity. bq99 has the right to place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at bq99 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount at bq99 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur during the verification process.
Important Terms for Financial Transactions
- Withdrawals must be made using a payment method that matches the method used for the deposit.
- Deposited funds will only be returned to the mobile number or bank account from which they were deposited.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, bq99 may request additional verification and may temporarily put the transaction on hold if necessary.
- If evidence of money laundering or any fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
- bq99 does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (15x).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If the conditions are not met within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
General Bonus Terms
All promotional offers are subject to specific time limits and conditions. bq99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. bq99's decision on determining eligibility for bonuses shall be considered final. If any manipulation or fraudulent activity is proven for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits, the relevant bonus and any earnings may be forfeited.
VIP Program
The bq99 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver members receive up to 1.0%; and Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your consistent participation and overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits apply to active members only.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq99 platform. bq99 reserves the right to close accounts and take legal action if these prohibitions are violated:
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of one person.
- Opening or operating an account using false or misleading information.
- Using fraudulent methods to obtain bonus benefits.
- Exploiting hacking, bugs, or any other technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person.
- Money laundering or conducting any type of financial criminal activity.
- Using an unknown or third-party payment method.
- Colluding unfairly with other members to conduct games.
- Playing games using automated programs, bots, or scripts.
- Any attempt to manipulate bets or games.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
Game Rules

If any bet or result is affected by a technical error or system disruption, bq99 reserves the right to correct or cancel it.
Results and Dispute Resolution

Special Terms for Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and other sports, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount is generally refunded.
